There are two most efficient tools present on the web, i.e. Copyscape. You have to fetch your URL to check if any content of your site is present on any other site. There is one more very efficient way of checking this.Just copy the small portion of an article and search the part in Google , if someone copied your article it should be indexed on Google , so Google will tell you the rest of the story. How to deal with such copy Geeks
The person who copy the post are mostly those who don’t have knowledge about the seriousness of the activity. So don’t be too aggressive to deal with the situation.
- Find the email ID or contact information of the person from the contact me page. Send a formal mail and tell the scraper about the illegal matter and request him to remove the article.
- If the response is not positive then you need to go for some serious approach:
Contact Google

Contact Webhost
You should also contact with the webhosting company of the site and report about the illegal activities by scraper.If the webhost found the site is involved in such an activity then it could be possible that whole site would flagged by Webhosting company. There are several handy tools available to check the webhost like Whois.net
Contact Advertising company
Most of advertising company like AdSense, MediaBurst have strict TOS regarding plagiarism. You can send them an Email giving all the details and wait for them to take action.
